STOP REAGENTS FOR MICROWELL SUBSTRATES
For TMB substrates, BioFX offers proprietary stop reagents as dry blends or in liquid formulations for reading at both 450 nm (changing the chromogen from blue to yellow) and 650 nm (stop reactions in the blue range from 620 nm - 650 nm).  All BioFX stop regaents are stable for a minimum of 3 years from the date of reconstitution (for dry blends) or manufacture (liquid formulations) when stored at room temperature (25ºC).  For ABTS substrates, BioFX offers proprietary stop reagents as dry blends or in liquid formulations for reading at 405 nm to 410 nm (green color range--there is no color or absorbance change).  The AP Stop Reagent from BioFX is a proprietary dry blend used to stop BioFX AP-Yellow One Component Microwell Substrate (Cat. No. PNPS) in the yellow range of 405 nm to 420 nm, AP-Blue SpectraFX Microwell Substrate (Cat. No. APBS) in the blue range of 490 nm to 650 nm and AP-Red SpectraFX Microwell Substrate (Cat. No. APRS) in the orange-red range of 450 nm to 550 nm.
