TMB HRP MICROWELL SUBSTRATES
 TMB (3,3’,5,5’-Tetramethylbenzidine) is the most common chromogenic substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP).   In solution, TMB forms a blue product when allowed to react with HRP. Completion of the reaction by the addition of a BioFX TMB stop reagent results in a color change from blue to yellow which may be read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm or a continual blue color which may be read at 650 nm. BioFX offers TMB with several levels of sensitivity and speed of kinetics. These formulations are unsurpassed in sensitivity, stability, and consistency.  Available in one component, two component and powder formulations, BioFX has just the right formulation for your assay.
