TMB MEMBRANE SUBSTRATE
 TMB (3,3’,5,5’-Tetramethylbenzidine) is the most common chromogenic substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP).  For both immunohistochemical and immunoblotting applications, TMB generates a blue product that can be precipitated after reacting with HRP.  BioFX has developed two unique one component ready-to-use TMB substrates for the detection of HRP in membrane applications.  These highly sensitive, high performance formulations produce an increased signal-to-noise ratio and low membrane background.  TMB One Component Small Particle Membrane Substrate is designed to produce a highly intense staining pattern.
